Through this creative work, I wish to share my thoughts and feelings about life.
Since Béla Hamvas, we have known that wine has a philosophy, which speaks about metaphysical existence, while also being a great accomplisher. It is the drink of the creator.
Creation is always an extension of the self. Like in music. The composer expresses a feeling, records it with sheet music, then the performer reinterprets it, adds their own feelings, and passes it on to thousands of people.
So, I believe that by composing an extraordinary wine, I can pass on all the passion and belief that motivate me, and that my consumers can find a true companion in my wines, whether in their everyday “me-time” moments or in the elevated hours of their festive occasions.
I’ve come to understand that it’s not enough to strive for perfect quality; one must experiment, constantly formulating new ideas through the world of flavors, beyond words…
