I kept this aspect in mind when choosing the region where I grow the grapes.

Curiosity and a spirit of experimentation characterize my approach to winemaking. I have strived to gather all written knowledge and experience rooted in traditions related to winemaking, in order to have a solid foundation from which I can launch.
