How it was made:

The grapes were harvested on August 16, 2024, near the village of Lengyel. After pressing, the juice was clarified and fermented at a controlled temperature of 12 °C. Following racking, the wine was aged in tanks for six months.
How it was made:: 85% Grün Veltliner, 15% Chardonnay
